What you'll need...

1 package of Pebbles Pastries Vegan Vanilla Cake mix

1 tin lychee or 6 fresh lychees

Instructions –

  1. Drain lychee from the tin and cut lychees in small slices
  2. Pre heat over 350 degrees
  3. Prepare Vegan Vanilla Cake mix as instructed on packaging
  4. Pour ½ Cake mix in prepared baking tins or cupcake liners.
  5. Spread lychee slices on top of the batter
  6. Pour rest of batter over the lychee pieces
  7. Bake as instructed on package.
