What you'll need...

1 package of Pebbles Pastries Vegan Chocolate Cake mix

1 tablespoon Warm Water

1 tablespoon Instant Coffee

½ tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions –

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix warm water with Instant coffee in a bowl and set aside
  3. Prepare Vegan Chocolate Cake batter as instructed on packaging
  4. Gently stir in coffee mixture (do not over mix)
  5. Pour batter to prepared baking tins or cupcake pan w/liners.
  6. Bakes as instructed on packaging
  7. For more coffee flavor – brush cake when cooled with coffee simple syrup


Coffee Simple Syrup 

2 tablespoon warm water

1 tablespoon sugar

½ tablespoon coffee

Instructions -

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until all the ingredients have dissolved. 

Use a brush and sparingly brush coffee syrup on top of cupcakes or on sides and top of cake.
